UNIVERSAL WELLBEING EVALUATION TOOL (UWET)

Overview

The Universal Wellbeing Evaluation Tool (UWET) is designed to support people and organisations in evaluating the 70 variables that influence Universal Wellbeing. The UWET is built to:

  • Help people access the supports they need quickly

  • Recognise individual and organisational strengths

  • Prevent the consequences of poor Universal Wellbeing

  • Empower individuals to THRIVE


Important Information

  • Confidentiality: Only you and your Accredited Universal Wellbeing Facilitator can access your UWET Report. Your report is confidential and cannot be shared with others without your written consent.

  • Accuracy Matters: Answer each question as accurately as possible to increase the value of your UWET Report.


Consent to Participate in Research

At the end of the UWET, you will have the option to consent to include your anonymised results in ongoing research to improve the UWET and Universal Wellbeing supports.

Definitions

  • Ethnicity: Your unchangeable genetic group(s) (e.g., Scottish, Scandinavian, Aboriginal).

  • Culture: Your lifestyle choices, which may include religious, dietary, or community practices (e.g., Christian, Vegan, culturally-based Cook Island, Deaf).

  • Spirituality: Your beliefs and values, which may or may not be religious.

  • Intuition: An instinctual sense of right/wrong or a sense of something impending.

Family & Whānau Universal Wellbeing Checks

Would you like to thrive rather than just survive?

Would your family like to enjoy better wellbeing? Our Family or Whānau Universal Wellbeing Checks evaluate the 70 key factors impacting your Family or Whānau's wellbeing. Call or email for an appointment, and one of our professional wellbeing facilitators will guide you through the process.


After Your First Appointment

Your facilitator will take you through your Family or Whānau Wellbeing Check Report. This report highlights what’s going well and identifies areas where challenges may be present, along with changes that could enhance your Family & Whānau’s wellbeing.


A Wellbeing Check Includes

  1. Universal Wellbeing Literacy Support

  2. Family or Whānau Universal Wellbeing Check

  3. Family or Whānau Universal Wellbeing Report


Investment :

$700 Inc. GST (Family & Whānau Universal Wellbeing Check for up to 4 people)


Wellbeing Check Options

Your Universal Wellbeing Check and report feedback can be conducted:

  • Face-to-face

  • Online

  • By telephone

Duration

Family or Whānau Universal Wellbeing Check: 3 to 4 hours

  • Wellbeing Check Report: 120 minutes
