The result was a comprehensive, multi-dimensional evaluation tool that empower individuals and organisations to make evidence-based decisions about needs, and supports to improve Universal Wellbeing in practice.
How UWET Works
1. Assessment
Participants complete a Confidential Universal Wellbeing Evaluation to assess their personal and/or organizational wellbeing.
2. Data Analysis & Reporting
Accredited UWET Facilitators analyze and provide orally and written reports.
3. Actionable Recommendations
Reports include recommendations, to enhance personal and organizational wellbeing, and Action Plans can be provided.
4. Long-Term Wellbeing Strategies
The tool can be used repeatedly to monitor outcomes overtime, measure intervention effectiveness, and support continuous improvement.
