Program Overview 

This program is focused on developing professional evaluation facilitation capabilities for administering, analyzing, and reporting Universal Wellbeing Evaluation outcomes. Participants will enhance their communication skills, knowledge of ethical evaluation practices, and abilities in interpreting and reporting wellbeing data. The program covers the Universal Wellbeing Evaluation Tool (UWET) and its applications in diverse settings, emphasizing confidentiality, ethics, and peer-reviewed processes. Participants will practice their learnings in real-time within their organizational or community context.


Program Aim
 

The aim of this program is to equip individuals with the knowledge and skills to professionally facilitate Universal Wellbeing Evaluations. Participants will develop competencies in administering evaluations, analyzing data, and reporting outcomes to support wellbeing enhancement plans, risk management, and referrals for diverse individuals and groups.

Program Outcome

Graduates of this professional program will be prepared to professionally facilitate, administer, and report Universal Wellbeing Evaluations to diverse people and groups. They will also gain accreditation and become eligible for membership in the College of Professional Wellbeing Practitioners.

What You’ll Learn 

  • Module 1: Professional Wellbeing Studies & Communication (CUWEF 1)

    Facilitated Hours: 20 hours

    Homework Time Estimate: 20 to 40 hours

    Develop essential micro-communication skills for administering wellbeing evaluations professionally and ethically.

  • MODULE 2: Universal Wellbeing Model, Tool & Reporting (CUWEF 2)

    Facilitated Hours: 20 hours

    Homework Time Estimate: 20 to 40 hours

    Gain a deep understanding of the Universal Wellbeing Model, the UWET tool, and its application in reporting wellbeing outcomes.

  • Module 3: The Determinants of Universal Wellbeing & Advice (CUWEF 3)

    Facilitated Hours: 20 hours

    Homework Time Estimate: 20 to 40 hours

    Learn how to assess determinants of wellbeing and provide targeted advice and recommendations.

  • Module 4: Universal Wellbeing Enhancements, Risk, & Referrals (CUWEF 4)

    Facilitated Hours: 20 hours

    Homework Time Estimate: 20 to 40 hours

    Master risk management techniques, wellbeing enhancements, and the process of making professional referrals.



Entry Criteria

This program is open to individuals passionate about providing professional wellbeing evaluation services. Applicants must submit an enrollment form and may be interviewed to confirm their place in the program.

Accelerated Entry Criteria - Accelerated Program Delivery & Summary of Modules (50 Hours)
Those eligible to apply are: NZCDI/FWI qualified Pastoral Care program graduates and degree qualified and experienced Health Education, RTLBs, Teachers, Social Workers, Nurses, Nutritionists, Physiotherapists, SENCos, Evaluators, Counsellors Psychotherapists, Psychologist and Clinical Psychologist trained applicants

Annual Program Start Dates 

Start dates for the program are available in February, April, July, and October each year, or can be arranged based on demand.

Program Delivery

The Certificate in Universal Wellbeing Evaluation Facilitation offers flexible delivery options. Choose the format that fits your schedule:

1.      20-week course: 4 hours per week over 20 weeks

2.      Intensive format: Ten 8-hour days, tailored in consultation with enrollees.

Standard Option Investment:

NZD $750 (Inc. GST) per module

NZD $3,000 (Inc. GST) for the whole program

Accelerated Option Investment:

NZD $2,000 (Inc. GST) for the whole program
