Program Overview
This program focuses on developing advanced professional knowledge and communication skills necessary for effective coaching in wellbeing enhancement planning. Participants will learn evidence-based strategies that support behavior changes, provide monitoring, risk management, advice and referrals when needed. The program explores the coaching of individuals, groups, and organizations to drive measurable wellbeing improvements underpinned by the Universal Wellbeing Model
Program Aim
The aim of this program is to equip individuals with the professional knowledge and skills to coach and support the implementation of Universal Wellbeing Enhancement and Action Plans. Graduates will be prepared to guide individuals, teams, and organizations toward meaningful positive changes in wellbeing through coaching, communication, continuous monitoring and support.
Program Outcome
Graduates of this professional program will be prepared to coach and support measurable improvements in Universal Wellbeing selected by the individuals, groups, and organizations they work with.

Module 3: Staff/Family/Team Facilitation (CUWC 3)
Facilitated Hours: 20 hours

Master coaching techniques for facilitating wellbeing initiatives among staff, families, and teams to drive group engagement and improvement.

Module 4: Organizational Universal Wellbeing Evaluation (CUWC 4)

Understand how to evaluate and monitor Universal Wellbeing initiatives within an organization to ensure continuous improvement.
Entry Criteria
Entry to this program is open to those who can demonstrate a strong interest in working in professional wellbeing coaching, behavior change support, facilitation, education, monitoring, risk management, advice giving, referring and evaluation related roles. All applicants will complete an enrollment form and will be interviewed before their place may be confirmed in this program.

Program start dates: February, and June, of each year or as organized
Program Delivery
The Certificate in Universal Wellbeing Coaching offers flexible delivery options:
1. 28-week course: 2 hours per week over 28 weeks
2. Intensive format: Eight 8-hour weekend days, tailored to suit enrollees’ schedules.
