Program Overview 

This program focuses on developing advanced leadership skills and practices needed to strategically plan, implement, and lead Universal Wellbeing systems across an organization. Participants will learn to research, plan, lead culture change, manage risk, provide education and advice, and monitor continuous  improvements in wellbeing outcomes. The program also includes practical application of Universal Wellbeing philosophy, theory, and research in real-world settings, preparing leaders to support organizational transformation.

Program Aim
 

The aim of this program is to equip individuals with the knowledge and skills to lead Universal Wellbeing initiatives. Graduates will be prepared to strategically plan, implement, and evaluate wellbeing systems, manage risk, and foster cultural change within an organization, ensuring continuous improvement in wellbeing outcomes and the attainment of the many benefits this brings.

Program Outcome

Graduates of this professional program will be prepared to lead and monitor Universal Wellbeing improvements in quality systems, programs, culture change, processes, practices, and outcomes across an organization.

  • Module 2: Universal Wellbeing Research (CUWL 2)

    Facilitated Hours: 20 hours

    Homework Time Estimate: 20 to 50 hours

    Explore key research methodologies and evidence-based practices to support Universal Wellbeing leadership.

  • Module 3: Universal Wellbeing Project (CUWL 3)

    Facilitated Hours: 20 hours

    Homework Time Estimate: 20 to 50 hours

    Plan and execute a Universal Wellbeing project within an organizational context, applying the tools and strategies learned.

  • Module 4: Universal Wellbeing Evaluation (CUWL 4)

    Facilitated Hours: 20 hours

    Homework Time Estimate: 20 to 50 hours

    Learn how to evaluate the effectiveness of wellbeing programs and initiatives using comprehensive evaluation methods.

Entry Criteria

All applicants will complete an enrollment form and will be interviewed before their place may be confirmed in this program.

Annual Program Start Dates 

Program start dates: February and June of each year, or as organized.

Program Delivery
The Certificate in Universal Wellbeing Leadership offers flexible delivery options:

40-week course: 2 hours per week over 40 weeks

Intensive format: Ten 6-hour weekend days, tailored in consultation with enrollees.
