FREE Universal Wellbeing Model Workshop for the Health & Wellbeing Sector

Join us at the FREEDOM Wellbeing Institute premises in Hamilton for a free in-person workshop designed specifically for professionals working in the health and wellbeing space. Whether you're supporting communities, managing wellbeing programmes, or delivering public health services — this is a practical, interactive session made for you.

This workshop will introduce two research-backed frameworks that make wellbeing easier to structure, track, and improve across individuals, organisations, and communities.

What You’ll Learn

During the session, you’ll be introduced to the following:

  • The Universal Wellbeing Model (UWM): A structured approach that supports proactive, measurable, and sustainable wellbeing strategies at individual and community levels.

  • The Universal Wellbeing Evaluation Tool (UWET): A practical and confidential tool for tracking wellbeing outcomes and guiding real-time decisions in programmes or services.

    You'll leave the workshop with real tools you can apply immediately in your work.
