What Students Will Learn
Understanding My Universal Wellbeing is a 3-hour, face-to-face session that introduces students aged 8+ to what wellbeing is and how they can look after their own Universal Wellbeing in everyday life.
This workshop is evidence-based and delivered by experienced, police-vetted educators. Students will be supported throughout the session in a safe, welcoming, and interactive environment.
